Meet Marc Hochman
Marc Hochman has been a lover of coffee ever since he worked his way through High School and College at a small cafe in Palo Alto, The Prolific Oven. He took his first step in roasting his own coffee, 10 years ago, when he discovered how rewarding it was to roast in his kitchen. Marc could then roast the amount, style and flavor that he liked. Soon he was giving it away to friends and trading it for goods from other artisans. The demand has grown to point where it can now be shared with a larger audience.
